Aren't you glad you didn't go buy that Prius?

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20081221/ap_on_bi_ge/gas_prices

"The average national price of gasoline fell 9 cents in the past two weeks, bringing it to its lowest point in nearly five years, according to a national survey released Sunday.

The average price of regular gasoline Friday was $1.66 a gallon, oil industry analyst Trilby Lundberg said. The price of mid-grade was $1.80 a gallon and the price of premium was $1.92 a gallon.

The last time gas prices dipped so low was in February 2004, Lundberg said, when the national average for regular was also around $1.66 a gallon. The all-time high was on July 11, 2008, when the price peaked at $4.11 a gallon.

Of cities surveyed, the nation's lowest price was $1.37 in Cheyenne, Wyo. The highest price was $2.41 in Anchorage, Alaska. In the continental United States, the highest price was on New York's Long Island, at $1.92."

And another chapter is about to be written....

So I haven't written much at all, as of late.  For those of you who know what line of work I am in, you understand that November and December are by far the most stressful months of my job.  I honestly, cannot wait for christmas to be over with.  Haha, to tell you the truth my holiday cheer is just about up.....

For those of you who don't know, I have been dating a girl named Jennifer for the past couple weeks.  We did decide to make things official on Friday.  It was a bit of an awkward conversation but the amount of trust and natural feelings that have come from this have been insane.  I haven't had some of these feelings in a very long time.  It's fantastic.  If any of you are coming over on New Year's you will get to meet her.  (FYI, one of her favorite songs is "When Paula Sparks" by Copeland.  I know that will make good in some of your books.)

Anyways, the week upcoming should be full of interesting things....  Seeing Jennifer tomorrow night before she goes home for Christmas, Dane paying up on his bet tuesday night and hopefully seeing Matt and Jackie, and Having the whole family down for X-mas Eve(Can't wait to go sledding with my sister, haha).

If I don't get on here before, I want to wish you all a very merry christmas.

P.S. Listen to Perry Como X-mas music, and anything by The Early November.
